HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
One of the things that Sylvia and I both feel most thankful about is that we have the ability to move around, enjoy the outdoors and be active. We also are thankful we live in a country where so many people feel as passionately about the outdoors as we do!
As we give thanks (and stuff our faces) let’s also keep in mind that it’s going to take more than just a bit of talking turkey to keep our wild places as they are. Sadly, there are still too many who simply don’t give a damn, and too many reasons, as there always are, why something else should be done to make the land ‘productive.’
Here’s a few photos we can share of a recent walk around the gorgeous Duke University campus. What better reason to stay active this holidays than walking off all that food?
